In response to the aggressive new round of COVID-19 in early 2022 and the shortage of local medical resources, the Brazilian Ministry of Health began to actively promote the legal use of COVID-19 self-testing reagents in early January this year.
Brazil's National Health Supervision Agency officially approved the sales of COVID-19 self-testing reagents in the country on January 28 this year, and the first test was approved on February 17.
According to relevant regulations, the purchaser can complete the test by himself according to the operating instructions of the reagent without the assistance of others. According to the recommendations of the Brazilian Ministry of Health, patients with positive self-tests should go to the local hospital for treatment in time, and a professional doctor will conduct a review test and take necessary isolation and treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
